Terms and conditions:

• Requests must be made by 12 noon on day of arrival or by 12 noon on Friday for guests on Saturday and Sunday night.
• The occupier is responsible for his/her guest and will be held liable for their actions.
• The guest must be aged 17 or over.
• The guest must produce photo identification (drivers licence, DCU student card or passport, Garda ID card) when requested to do so by security.
• The guest must be accompanied by the resident after 12 midnight.
• 1 guest per room and a maximum of 2 guests per apartment per night is allowed in Hampstead and College Park. In Larkfield, 1 guest per apartment per night, with a maximum of 10 guests per floor permitted. Requests will be dealt with on a first-come, first-served basis.
• An administration charge of €5 will be applied to the resident's undergraduate account.
• Guests are not entitled to reside in any apartment other than their hosts' from midnight onwards.
• Residents found to be in breach of these terms and conditions will be levied a fine of €100.
• Campus Residences Limited reserve the right to remove a resident's overnight privileges as a form of disciplinary action.
• The overnight facility is suspended during the following times:
  • Study leave
  • Exam leave
