Would you like your conference in Dublin City University organised free of charge? The dedicated Conference Office based in Campus Residences Ltd has the experience and expertise to take the hassle out of organising conferences and also offers support and advise to ensure that your conference is a success. We also have a dedicated Conference Coordinator on site for the duration of your conference.
We can look after all the details including catering requirements, accommodation needs, car parking and any specific audio visual equipment required in any of our conference rooms.
With up to 78 meeting rooms on campus, with a capacity of 15 to 500 delegates, DCU can offer meeting and lecture rooms to suit any occasion. The Helix is also located on campus. Its three auditoria can facilitate groups up to 1,250 delegates.
With catering on site, Campus Residences can take care of all your dining needs. Whether it is a welcome wine and canapé reception, a sumptuous banquet dinner, a working buffet lunch or simply refreshments for your delegates, we have all requirements covered.
In addition, we offer a range of accommodation options including hot buffet breakfast during the summer months and have both standard and superior accommodation. Our superior apartments are impeccably designed and are equipped with TVs, while all of our apartments have tea/coffee making facilities and a shared living and kitchen area.
