The IUVSTA #49 Workshop on “Utilisation of signal control from plasma measurements to establish process control” Dublin City University, 4th to 6th September 2006

Introduction

The aim of this workshop is to bring together those working in the fields of plasma technology, processing and manufacture and control systems including the cross communities of system control engineers and plasma technologists. The focus of the workshop will be to discuss recent advances in control systems and techniques, and how they are, and will be, used in various process applications and equipment configurations to further advance plasma process control. The output will be to find a way forward in putting these ideas into practice.

Cancellations will be accepted up to 1 August 2006 after this date only substitutions will be accepted.

Proof of payment
