Accompanying Persons
A social programme will be arranged for persons accompanying the delegates. Fees for the accompanying person will be 220 euros, which will cover the cost of the social/tour programme, as well as lunches, cocktail reception, concert music and conference dinner.
Reduced fees for the accompanying person will be 120 euros, which will cover the cocktail reception, concert music and conference dinner.
