European Teacher Education Network Membership

The School of Education Studies has successfully applied for membership of the European Teacher Education Network (ETEN). The benefits of ETEN membership extend to all those in DCU who are involved in teacher education including
our colleagues in the Faculty of Science and Health, St. Patrick's College and Mater Dei Institute. These benefits include:

  • Participation in Thematic Interest Groups (TIGS)
  • Attendance at Annual Conference
  • Peer Reviewed Journal
  • Student exchange
  • Staff exchange
  • Personal contacts for research collaborations

The next ETEN Conference will be held in Helsinki in April 2010 see here for more information.
The Conference Title is "Building Schools for the Future".
Papers for the Conference must be submitted through a Thematic Interest Group by 1 December 2009.
