Professor Elizabeth Tisdell
Dr. Elizabeth J Tisdell is Professor of Education at Penn State University in the US and a recognised authority on spirituality and education. Her research interests include spirituality and culture in adult development and adult learning, critical and feminist pedagogy, multicultural issues, and critical media literacy in teaching for diversity and social inclusion. Her scholarly work has appeared in numerous journals, and edited book. Dr. Tisdell is the author of Exploring Spirituality and Culture in Adult and Higher Education, which is based on a qualitative research study of a multicultural group of educators.

Professor Jos Huls
Dr. Jos Huls, Carmelite, is senior researcher at the Titus Brandsma Institute in the Radboud University of Nijmegen, The Netherlands, and coordinator of Spirituality International (SPIRIN), an international platform, and SPIRIN Encyclopia. In SPIRIN Education he is coordinating the construction of ICT modules of Spirituality. His research interests include mysticism, mystical processes, mystagogy and spiritual accompaniment, and is focused on Beatrice of Nazareth (1200-1268), Thomas a Kempis, John of the Cross, Teresa of Avila and Dag Hammarskjöld.
