Deferred/Medical/Repeat/Occasional students
Students wishing to repeat an entire year of study, or attend selected subjects or modules that they have previously deferred or failed should only pay the following amounts:
Deferral Fee: EUR325.00
Repeat and attend Module:
EUR55.00 per ECTS credit plus EUR168 LEVY CHARGE (all part time programmes)
EUR55.00 per ECTS credit plus EUR272 LEVY CHARGE (all Full time programmes)

OCCASIONAL STUDENTS
EU Students : €2,900 per semester (up to a maximum of 30 credits) €5,400 per year.
NON EU Students : €5400 per semester (up to a maximum of 30 credits) €10,400 per year.

STUDENTS STUDYING OFF CAMPUS
Students who, as part of their course of study, spend some time at a foreign university must pay fees, as normal, to Dublin City University.
POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS:
Postgraduate research students are required to register and pay fees for each year in which they are studying at the University, irrespective of whether the research is being conducted within the University or elsewhere. Please see Postgraduate Research Fees.
LOCAL AUTHORITY/VOCATIONAL EDUCATION COMMITTEE GRANTS
First year undergraduate and postgraduate students in receipt of grants from Local Authorities or Vocational Education Committees, and continuing students receiving a grant for the first time, are required to produce official notification at registration that a grant has been awarded. Proof of application for a grant is not sufficient. Fees paid by the student will be reimbursed once the University has been Paid by the Local Authority. All Local Authority Cheques will be handed out at the Registry Office Hatch in the Henry Grattan Building.
LATE REGISTRATION
Any student who registers after the late registration date will be required to pay the late registration fee of €130.00. This fee will not be imposed on those students who have received late offers of places or who have made prior arrangements in writing with the Records Office.
