Contacting Payroll Office:
The payroll office is located on 1st Floor of Admin Block over main reception – QA104.
As far as possible all queries are dealt with via a central email at payroll@dcu.ie. Every effort will be made to have all queries answered as soon as possible with allowances been made for more complex issues.
Should you need to call to the office in person, it is advisable to phone before coming to the office to ensure the appropriate individual is available to speak to you about your query.
The opening hours are:
Monday to Friday
9.15am - 12.45pm
14.00pm - 17.15pm
