Publication of volume 42 Studia Hibernica

The publication of volume 42 represents the beginnings of a new era in the history of the journal Studia Hibernica.  Published since its commencements in 1961 by St Patrick's College, volume 42 is the first to appear from Liverpool University Press.  Containing the familiar combination of research articles, reviews and review articles, the current issue also features an important and fascinating edition of the letters of Kono Meyer and Douglas Hyde, 1898-1919.  This new departure ensures that Studia Hibernica is well placed to continue to serve as the leading journal in the realm of Irish Studies.
