Aims of this course:
To inform Heads of their responsibilities, in particular, in relation to a number of the
University's policies and procedures.

 

At the end of this workshop, you will have:

  • a clearer understanding of your management role

  • a greater awareness of DCU policies 

  • a greater knowledge of what supports are available to you in your role at DCU
