An identity card is issued to all Student Members on Registration, and must be produced on demand to any Member of the Uni versity or other person authorised by the University. It must be returned to the Office for Academic Affairs if a Student retires during the course of the session. If it is lost the Student Member must obtain from the Office for Academic Affairs a duplicate card, for which a fee will be charged.

On Registration, each Student Member notifies the Office for Academic Affairs of his or her address in Dublin. Immediate notification of any change of home or Dublin address should be given to the Office for Academic Affairs.
