Biographical Details:
Tá MSc sa Ríomhthráchtáil agus BSc in Airgeadas, Ríomhaireacht agus Fiontraíocht ó DCU ag Mairéad Nic Giolla Mhichíl. Chaith sí tréimhsí ag obair leis an gcomhlacht Murex i bPáras agus comhlachtaí airgeadais sa Lárionad Institiúidí Airgeadais Idirnáisiúnta i mBaile Átha Cliath i rólanna airgeadais agus ríomhaireachta. Is Cathaoirleach í ar chláracha acadúla FIONTAR. Feidhmíonn sí mar ionadaí na Scoile ar an gCoiste Teagaisc agus Foghlama na Dáimhe agus Comhairle Acadúil na hOllscoile.Tá Mairéad i mbun taighde dochtúireachta le hOllscoil Durham i Sasana ag scrúdú athrú in institiúid ardoideachais agus nuálaíocht acadúil.Is ball í de choiste teicneolaíocht na faisnéise an CNCM.
Mairéad Nic Giolla Mhichíl holds a MSc in E-Commerce and a BSc in Finance, Computing and Enterprise from DCU. She has spent time working with Murex in Paris and in the IFSC in Dublin in financial and computing positions.Mairéad is the academic programme Chairperson of FIONTAR's programmes. She is the School's representative on the Faculty's Teaching and Learning Committee and Academic Council. Mairéad is currently completing her Doctorate with the University of Durham in England on Academic Reform and Organisational Change in a Higher Education Institute. She is a member of the information technology committee of the NCCA
Research Interests:

Her research interests include oragnisational change and academic reforms; information technology and higher education.
