Dr Anne Sinnott
Biographical Details:
Anne Sinnott is the Executive Dean at DCU Business School. She joined the faculty of DCUBS in 1985. Prior to this she worked in both market research and in education. She holds a BA and Higher Diploma in Education from University College Dublin and an MBA and PhD from NUI, Galway. Her research interests include quality management, management of service businesses and customer service strategies. She is a member of the Quality Promotion board and is a quality assessor. She is currently involved in the Academic Framework for Innovation (AFI) project in DCU
Research Interests:
Research interests are in the areas of customer service, service marketing & management and service quality management. Current research projects include the development of a customer centric approach to policing; the application of service quality management to education and the application of service innovation techniques in financial services. As part of her previous post as Associate Dean for Teaching & Learning within the faculty, Anne was involved with the examination and promulgation of best teaching approaches.
