Biographical Details:

2001: B.A. (Mod) in Pure and Applied Mathematics, Trinity College Dublin. 2006: Ph.D. in Cryptography, Trinity College Dublin. 2005 - 2007: Manager of the Maths Learning Centre and Part-time Lecturer, Dublin Institute of Technology. 2007 - to date: Director of the Maths Learning Centre and Lecturer in the School of Mathematical Sciences.

Mathematics education research: Mathematics support; Mathematics issues at the transition from second-level to third-level; Mathematical diagnostic testing of incoming university students; Mathematics for engineers; Assessment in mathematics
