Biographical Details:

Dr. Shane Martin is Lecturer in Comparative Government and Director of the Centre for International Studies at Dublin City University. He currently serves as Chair of the ECPR Standing Group on Parliaments. He has previously taught at the Pennsylvania State University and the University of California,San Diego.
