Dr. Yuliya Shakalisava received her undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Belarussian State University, Minsk, Belarus. She completed her PhD in Analytical Chemistry at Dublin City University in 2007. In 2007-2008 Yuliya worked as a postdoctoral researcher in the area of microfluidics and microseparations at Institute Curie, Paris, France. After returning back to Ireland for more postdoctoral research in environmental analysis she lectured various courses in Analytical Chemistry at the School of Chemical Sciences in Dublin City University. In 2010 Yuliya joined the Office of the Vice-President for Research at DCU.
