Dr. Maria Loftus
Research Interests:
My research interests pertain to African Documentary cinema, Colonial Cinema, Transnational Cinema and Postcolonial Fallout in Visual Cultures. Since January 2012, I have started to research the use of student produced pocket films to improve Second Language Acquisition and have given workshops to language lecturers, teachers and students in India and Ireland.
