Biographical Details:

Yseult Freeney completed her BA in Psychology in UCD and was awarded a UCD postgraduate scholarship. Yseult is particularly interested in work engagement, the creation of positive, fulfilling work experiences and the management of engagement and well-being through transitions in people¿s lives. Following her PhD (UCD) in financial services and healthcare settings, she lectured and managed the tutorial and mentoring programmes in the UCD School of Psychology. She has since expanded her research to include student engagement issues both at second and third level, including a large study on early school leaving funded by Combat Poverty Agency. Yseult was awarded an IRCHSS Post-doctoral Research Fellowship in 2009 to continue her work in the area of work and student engagement in Trinity College Dublin. As of September 2011, Yseult took up the post of Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour & Psychology in DCU. Yseult was elected as Chair of DWOP in June 2011, having served as Honorary Secretary since June 2008.
