Biographical Details:

Dr Mark Coen was a Scholar of Trinity College Dublin (2005-2010) and graduated from the University of Dublin with first class honours (LL.B., 2007). He also holds the Bachelor of Civil Law degree from the University of Oxford (2008), where he was a member of Magdalen College and specialised in criminal justice subjects. In December 2012 he successfully defended his doctoral thesis, entitled "Presumed Competent? An Analysis of the Irish Criminal Jury."
