How to Create and Remove an Eduroam Profile in Windows Phone

Create and Eduroam profile form Windows Phone

1. Click Settings.
2. Click WiFi.
3. Select Eduroam from the list of wireless networks available.
4. Enter your DCU network username and password in the form of: username@dcu.ie e.g. bloggsj22@dcu.ie

The password is NOT your e-mail password it is your network password used for such systems as Portal pages, Moodle, AD etc.

1. Click Done.
2. You should get a message saying Connecting to secure WiFi network Eduroam.
3. It should say connected under Eduroam in the wireless networks list to show you have successfully connected to Eduroam.
   

Delete an Eduroam profile from Windows Phone

If you change your network password or have any problems with the profile you will need to delete it and set it up again.

1. Click Settings.
2. Click WiFi.
3. Press and hold Eduroam for a few seconds until the menu appears.
4. Click Delete.
5. Eduroam will reappear in the list. If you click on it it will give you the opportunity to re-enter your username and password.
