How do I whitelist a sender ?

Occassionaly a genuine mail will be mistaken as spam and will be incorrectly placed in your quarantine. If you put a user on your whitelist, their mail will always be delivered to you without being quarantined.

The easiest way to whitelist a sender is by clicking on the Whitelist link when you receive the spam report.

You may also manually add and remove addresses and domains from your whitelist.
