The Instrumentation laboratory is used for undergraduate teaching of Instrumentation and Measurement and Fundamentals of Control in the following programmes. Mechatronics, Compuer Aided Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, Medical and Mechanical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering and Business Studies.On the instrumentation side, students learn the fundamental principles associated with measurement and gain some experience with transducers and instruments typically used in mechanical engineering. The control equipment is used to give students an opportunity to apply control analysis techniques acquired in lectures to practical problems.
