Seamus Heaney Lectures Series 2013

Professor Brian MacCraith, President of Dublin City University, will deliver the first address in the Seamus Heaney Lecture Series 2013, 'Imagining the Future', at St Patrick's College, Drumcondra on Monday 4th February.

Professor MacCraith will speak on the theme, Globalised, Personalised and Democratised? – Envisioning the Future of Education.

Other themes to be covered in the series include Climate Change and Sustainability; Historical Futures; Ethos and Education; Social Futures; and Children, Youth and Participation. The final lecture of the series will be delivered by Lord David Puttnam on 'Technology and the Future'.
