WELCOME to recruit Irish startups for its Silicon Valley and European roadshows

WELCOME, in collaboration with the DCU Ryan Academy, is looking to recruit two tech-focused Irish startups to travel to Silicon Valley and take part in an EU roadshow, giving them an opportunity to meet investors, corporates and international media.

The Irish startups will join their European counterparts and spend three weeks at the Mind the Bridge Startup School in San Francisco for an immersion programme which includes workshops, mentoring, networking and company site visits. Once the startups return to Europe, they will embark on a two-week pan-European tour of Berlin, Milan, Madrid and Salamanca. As part of this tour the startups will attend large events and pitch their startup to investors, business angels and international media.

All of these activities will come at no cost to entrepreneurs. The Silicon Valley School tuition, travel and accommodation expenses for both the Silicon Valley trip and the European roadshow will be covered by Welcome.

The closing date for entry is Tuesday 30th June and interested parties can apply via http://welcomestartup.eu/svr.
