GlycoSeLect announces investment and development partnership with KBI Biopharma

(GlycoSeLect), specialists in the development and production of glycoprotein separation technology, and KBI Biopharma, Inc., (KBI), a leading biopharmaceutical contract services company providing fully integrated drug development and biomanufacturing services to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies globally, have agreed to an equity investment by KBI in GlycoSeLect as well as a license to GlycoSeLect’s recombinant prokaryotic lectin (RPL) technology.

GlycoSeLect has developed a series of glycan selective RPLs and demonstrated their applicability for the purification and manufacturing of biotherapeutics.
