About the DCU CAO Information Evening
DCU is hosting a CAO information evening for school leavers, mature students and parents. The evening will commence with a seminar on the CAO process and how to complete your application. Following this there will be three separate talks:
The first is for parents and will outline the university system and the supports available for students.
The second talk will be for prospective students and will discuss student life, student finance and personal development.
The third is for mature students and will highlight specific information about the entry process and supports available for mature students.
Experienced DCU academic and support staff will also be on hand throughout the evening to answer questions about courses and studying in DCU.
The evening will progress as follows:
7-8pm: A guide through the CAO process for parents and students.
8-8.30pm: Tea/Coffee and refreshments will be served, and parents/students can speak with academic staff about our courses (Foyer of Nursing building).
8.30-9pm:
- Talk for Parents
- Talk for Students
- Talk for Mature Students
- Workshop for the Elite Sportsperson Entry Scheme
