Current Students

Welcome to the current students' section of the Registry website. The details below and the links on your left will direct you to the main information and services you may need during your time at DCU.

There are several means by which students may conduct their business with the Registry:

Student Information Area

The Student Information Area should be your first point of contact if you are on campus and wish to discuss any of the following in person (as opposed to via email or the telephone):

  • Information on admissions and registration
  • Change of module options, transcripts, replacement ID cards and letters confirming attendance
  • Distribution of local authority grant cheques
  • Withdrawals, deferrals
  • Stamping welfare/visa forms to prove a student's status
  • Examination appeals, graduation and ID card audits

Opening hours of the Student Information Area are as follows:

Monday and Wednesday:
Morning 9.30 to 12.30
Afternoon 14.00 to 17.00

Tuesday and Thursday:
Morning 9.30 to 17.00
(Open during lunch)

Friday:
Morning 9.30 to 12.30
Afternoon 14.00 to 16.00

The above opening hours are subject to change at the discretion of the Registry.

Student Portal Pages and Website

The Registry strives to make the best possible use of technology in delivering its services. The following personalized information can be obtained from the Student Portal Pages:

  • Student Registration Records
  • Registration Schedules
  • Biographical Updates
  • Individual Examination Timetable
  • Student Examination Results

Students should also note that class timetables are also accessible from their student portal page

In addition, all documentation available from the Student Information Area can also be accessed and printed from the Registry website. The website is also used to distribute information on major events, including Registration and Graduation

To deliver its range of services, Registry is organised into two teams. If you are interested to find out more, including details on staff in the Registry, please click below:
