Description
To provide programme participants with an awareness of the elements of effective management of projects and change in organisational settings. A primary aim is to instil generalised project management and control skills that can be used in other situations. The secondary aim of this module is to provide the practical skills and understanding to plan and manage the practical aspects of the Practicum.

Learning Outcomes
1. Justify selected models of project management change management in the management literature
2. Appraise of the types of challenges and obstacles generally encountered in change and project efforts.
3. Apply selected project management approaches to write realistic business proposals and project plans
4. Identify the role of HRM in managing change in organisations
5. Identify selected techniques to develop and implement strategies to overcome project and change management obstacles
6. Recommend how to measure, monitor and control projects
7. Identify and examine current trends and challenges in Project and Change Management
