Description
To introduce students to a regulated laboratory environment where they will carry out typical pharmaceutical laboratory experiments. To introduce students to the practice of auditing data according to SOP and compendia

Learning Outcomes
1. Execute analysis of pharmaceutical raw materials at a Regulatory standard.
2. Carryout and properly interpret in vitro dissolution profiles of a final formulated drug product.
3. Use chromatographic methods to determine the content uniformity of drug active in finished pharmaceutical products.
4. Use spectroscopic methods to determine both the purity of pharmaceutical products.
