Description
Participants gain a critical understanding of the concept of culture and its relationship with leadership, management, workplace learning and the global networked organisation. There are opportunities to reflect on how to align technology with organisational strategy.

Learning Outcomes
1. A critical understanding of the concepts of culture and its interaction with leadership, management, workplace learning and the global networked organisation.
2. Assess the organisational readiness for elearning.
3. Debate knowledgeably about the role of culture, champions, communication and change in relation to the growth of e-learning within an organisation.
4. Demonstrate the relevance of national and international e-learning policies to your context and highlight improvements.
5. Reflect on and critically evaluate how to align technology with organisational strategy.
6. Reflect on own role in the change process.
