Description
Participants critically engage with the philosophies of education, theories of learning and online collaboration. They identify areas for improvement in their own practice, carry out research and generate their own pedagogical approach making use of relevant technologies.

Learning Outcomes
1. Debate knowledgeably about the key educational philosophies, theories of learning, reflective practices and learning design.
2. Critically reflect on own pedagogical practice and identify areas for improvement.
3. Be responsive to the social and cultural values shaping your pedagogical practice.
4. Critically evaluate a range of online learning technologies.
5. Generate and disseminate own pedagogical approach with consideration of own role and context.
