Description
Students will explore the major databases used for career planning and learn how to integrate technology into their work. There will be opportunities to learn how to develop online resources.

Learning Outcomes
1. Critique the curricular offering within own professional contexts in order to inform professional practice.
2. Produce eLearning resources using appropriate tools.
3. Evaluate the effectiveness of resources from individual, group and organisational perspective.
4. Integrate eLearning resources into own work.
5. Critically review appropriate literature and relate to own professional context.
6. Reflect on own learning through use of a weblog.
