· Authentic materials(newspaper articles, extracts of TV news and radio prohrammes/reports) on a variety of themes (economic, social and business topics, which are of particular relevance to the students degree programme) · Language learning (meta-cognitive) strategies: setting goals/planning language ctivities/self-evaluation /monitoring · Groups with a maximum of 20 students · Collaborative classes/sessions · Learner-centered · Team Work · Use of multi-media facilities.
