This module will provide the basis for the development of effective team players. It will contribute to a greater level of awareness of, and sensitivity to team processes and functions. It will also contribute to the personal development of team members in that it will require participants to reflect on and enhance their role in contributing to team performance. Finally, it will involve action planning towards the completion of the change management project
