Description
The objective of this module is to develop in students an understanding of the challenges that managers encounter in the digital realm. The modern enterprise is becoming evermore 'digital' and this has resulted in a variety of new technological, strategic and legal challenges for managers. This module deals exclusively with a number of topics related to the successful management of electronic commerce technology in today's competitive environment. It provides students with the ability to think about electronic commerce challenges from a holistic perspective and provide them with an increased ability to make sound business judgements in managing the digital enterprise.

Learning Outcomes
1. Demonstrate an integrated perspective (technical, business, legal and ethical) on ICT-enabled risks.
2. Describe some of the risks associated with operating in the ICT-enabled business environment.
3. Describe some of the risks associated with operating in the ICT-enabled business environment.
4. Identify and analyse the legal and regulatory risks associated with operating in ICT enabled environments
5. Work effectively as a team member on a group case study project that focuses on an ICT-related risk management issue.
