Description
|
To allow a student to spend his/her third year in a host University as part of the ERASMUS/SOCRATES exchange programme:- Sciences Po-Paris (France),Padrigu, Gothenburg (Sweden), Corvinus University-Budapest (Hungary),Charles University- Prague (Czech Republic), andBogazici University-Istanbul (Turkey). This year abroad provides students with the opportunity to obtain additional perspectives on the academic discipline(s) relevant to their degree. Students undertake 60 credits during the year abroad. The cumulative result of these 60 credits is recorded as either a Pass or Fail under module code LG300. Module LG300 is a code used for Administrative convenience to capture this Pass or Fail result. Modules are drawn from the wide range of modules offered in partner universities and are selected within certain established criteria. Module choices and the student’s overall number of hours/ credits are approved by the Year Abroad Coordinator and recorded in a Learning Agreement.
