Description
This module provides students with the opportunity to complete 80 placement hours in a professional legal setting over a 10/11 week period. Students apply their legal knowledge to practice during this period. Students receive an induction and information session from the module co-ordinator. Students will develop knowledge and skills under the guidance and direction of the placement supervisor and module coordinator. Students present a journal describing and critically reflecting on their placement experience.

Learning Outcomes
1. Apply legal knowledge to assigned tasks.
2. Assess and reflect on the impact of law, legal knowledge and advice during the placement.
3. Reflect on the role of law in society.
4. Undertake assigned tasks in a future legal setting.
5. Identify opportunities for career development and life long learning.
