This module aims to develop in the student the capacity to succeed as effective leaders and workers in the 21st century through the application of relevant knowledge, skills and expertise. These skills will include presentation skills, team skills, and critical thinking skills. Students will be required to produce a portfolio of their work to demonstrate the application of these skills in their work to date on the MSc program

Learning Outcomes
1. Demonstrate a critical awareness of the skills (effective leadership, teamwork, relationship management, conflict resolution) required for international management.
2. Apply effective information and communicaton skills through presentations
3. Prepare and present a portfolio demonstrating the skills used throughout the course
4. Recognise the role and skills required as a self-reflective thinker
