Description
The objective of this module is to provide participants with a number of concepts and methods that enable them to analyse and improve business processes and put structure onmessy real-world problems where there exist a variety of actors, objectives and worldviews. The module also aims to expose participants to the importance of good project management and management of the change process.

Learning Outcomes
1. Research an activity analysis or problem structuring methodology and present your findings to the class.
2. Apply a process analysis or problem structuring methodology to a real-life situation.
3. Research and write up an essay that analyses the structure of a specific business process ormessy real-world situation.
4. Examine a number of different thinking approaches, activity analysis techniques, problem structuring methodologies, and decision making concepts.
