Description
The purpose of this module is to introduce students in procurement to the different perspectives taken on buyer/supplier networks and the relationships within those networks. This will involve the examination of a range of different supply networks in both private and public sector.

Learning Outcomes
1. Systematically describe different buying approaches and their application to managing B-B relationships as structured in dyadic networks
2. Critically appraise a select number of models of buying behaviour in dydaic networks
3. Identify approaches to buyer / supplier relationships and to demonstrate their use through worked case examples of complex supply networks
4. Critique the application of ICT in supporting complex supply networks
5. Construct supply network models for simple and complex supply networks
