Description
The purpose of this module is to introduce participants to the field of strategic management and leadership. In this module students will develop knowledge of strategy and leadership, and the key skills practitioners use. This module will be delivered over two semesters, with the primary focus on 'strategy' in semester one and the theme of 'leadership' occupying semester two.Students are expected to attend lectures and participate in class discussions. Students will engage in group projects and inidividual assignments.

Learning Outcomes
1. Identify the concepts and skills necessary for conducting business analysis and strategic thinking.
2. Discuss key readings and case studies from the strategic management and leadership literature
3. Explain the key strategic concepts, frameworks and tools
4. Explain the key leadership concepts and tools
