Description
In this module, learners explore key issues to do with the conduct of health campaigns. These include questions of justice, power, social movements, rhetoric, and advocacy as they relate to health campaigning. As well as considering these questions, learners plan and complete a small-scale health campaign.

Learning Outcomes
1. Discuss key concepts that can usefully inform the conduct of health campaigns
2. Analyse a range of factors that shape the course and outcomes of health campaigns
3. Identify specific health issues that are a suitable focus for health campaigning;
4. Conduct a small-scale health campaign
5. Evaluate the extent to which health issues are amenable to influence through campaigning.
