Description
In this module, students work on practical matters of research inquiry as they relate to health issues.

Learning Outcomes
1. Identify researchable questions to do with practical health concerns.
2. Plan small-scale health research projects.
3. Conduct interviews and focus group interactions.
4. Employ observational methods of data collection.
5. Devise questionnaires and undertake surveys.
6. Use basic methods of quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
7. Write up a small-scale research report.
8. Explore key ethical issues which arise within health research.
9. Consider the relationships between research inquiry and health action.
