The module will enable students to:Develop a critical understanding of the concept and practice of community health nursing

1. Examine the concept and practice of community health nursing
2. Examine the concept of primary health care
3. Apply the concept of community as a framework for the practice of community health nursing
4. Appraise contemporary health care issues
5. Evaluate the principles of collaborative practice and teamwork in relation to community health nursing
