Description
Module Aims: To apply laboratory facilities to in the study of environmental processes and environmental samples. To apply theoretical knowledge in a practical laboratory setting. To develop record keeping and presentation skills. To develop inter-personnel and communication skills.

Learning Outcomes
1. Link theoretical concepts with experimental measurements, results and analysis.
2. Analyse experimental data to obtain uncertainties on the measured quantity.
3. Employ a range of hand-held instruments used environmental analysis.
4. Maintain a laboratory logbook.
