To enable students to acquire the language skills necessary to engage in academic activities in the course of their year abroad To provide students with skills that enables them to become autonomous learners of academic subjects through Spanish. To acquire good oral presentation skillsMore specifically: To research a specialised topic To evaluate and monitor, individually and in groups, progress and achievement To manage one's own learning

Learning Outcomes
1. Show ability to critically read and extract the content of a variety of text types
2. Express views both orally and in writing on a number of topics.
3. Demonstrate awareness of Spanish syntax to level B1
4. Indicate an awareness of practical and academic issues relating to the Erasmus year abroad.
5. Demonstrate ability to research a culture related topic on the basis of team work.
