Explain the the fundamental principles of energy transfer during exercise. 3. Identify and explain various factors which influence the physiological responses to single and repeated bouts of exercise including: genetics, gender, age, training status, detraining nutrition, body position, exercise mode, intensity, duration and environmental factors.
