Dunsink Event
In collaboration with the School of Cosmic Physics of the Dublin Institute for Advanced Studies, the programme on Friday afternoon and evening will take place in Dunsink Observatory. This important historical site for Irish science, Astronomy and Astrophysics is inextricably linked with Sir William Rowan Hamilton. Visiting Dunsink Observatory, which is situated just under 12 km from DCU, offers participants a unique opportunity to combine science, history and education, in an interesting and relaxed setting.
