Participants are invited to register their intention to attend SMEC 2008 using this electronic form.
If payment is made by credit card, the registration process will complete online. If you prefer to pay by cheque or money order, you must also first complete the online registration process and then download the following pdf form.
Your registration status will considered as 'processing' until the original mailed payment is received at the SMEC Organising Committee.
