The School of Nursing Restaurant has been awarded Happy Heart Status from the Irish Heart Foundation.

To launch the award we have been running happy heart awareness week this week, offering mini health checks.

As part of the event the Rathmullan House chef Kelan McMichael presented a live cookery demonstration in the School of Nursing.  It was a great opportunity to see how healthy meals can be prepared by those on a budget. Check out the video below
